General

For sale:
Organic dairy farm with a total surface area of about 76 ha, including
10 ha of owned land and just over 4 ha around the buildings and the farmhouse.
The remaining 62 ha are rented.

Grounds

The plots consist of loamy, moisture-retaining soil, slightly undulating, and therefore all parcels are suitable for ploughing.
Approximately 72 ha are drained. Around the buildings there is a home block of roughly 14 ha. The rest of the land is located less than 1 km away.

Farm buildings

Several agricultural buildings, including an open housing barn of 1,160 m² (built in 2015) that can easily be extended. There is currently 1 milking robot, but the building was designed with the possibility of adding a second robot. This barn is connected to a 1,000 m³ slurry pit.
There is also a 1,130 m² open housing barn for heifers, dry cows, etc., which is connected to a 700 m³ slurry pit.
There are 1,000 m² of buildings for straw and hay.
One 400 m²  shed has been converted for heifers.
A second 400 m² shed is currently used for straw and hay storage.

Material

As is common in this region, much of the work is carried out with a CUMA (machinery cooperative)
and with a contractor.

Livestock

There is a fine herd of around 70 Jersey dairy cows, producing a milk quota of
470,000 L of organic milk, which can be increased without difficulty.
There are also about 50 heifers and calves.
The sellers’ family has been milking Jersey cows for over 50 years.

Residential house

The house has a surface area of 185 m², built in 2006.
On the ground floor (135 m²) there are 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a modern kitchen,
utility room, office, two toilets, and an open-plan living/dining area.
Upstairs (45 m²) there are 2 additional bedrooms, with a separate bathroom and toilet.
Double glazing with shutters throughout. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs. Attached garage.

In the village, around 2 km away, all basic amenities are available.
Doctors, pharmacy, banks, etc. are located about 12 km away.

The sellers are selling their land (around 10 ha) and the land beneath and around the buildings (4 ha).
It is also possible to purchase an additional 16 ha.
The other landowners will lease the remaining land to the buyers.
